General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Visualize it (“we”, “us”) by customers (“you”) from Switzerland and the European Union.

By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

Products & Pre-Order Model

Visualize it operates partly on a pre-order basis.

Certain products are produced only after a minimum of 20 orders for the respective product has been reached.

Once the minimum quantity is reached:

• customers will receive an email notification confirming the start of the production process.

If the minimum number of orders is not reached, Visualize it reserves the right to:

• cancel the order, and

• refund all payments made in full.

Order & Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A contract is concluded once:

• the customer places an order, and

• an order confirmation is sent by email.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are stated in CHF.

Customers pay only the product price.
No VAT and no shipping costs are charged.

Visualize it expressly reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
The price valid at the time the order is placed on the website shall apply.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Production & Delivery Time

Products are produced on a pre-order basis.

• Production begins only after the minimum order quantity of 20 orders has been reached.

• Customers are informed by email once production starts.

• After this notification, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 days.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the product price.

• There are no additional shipping costs, including for customers in the European Union.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider, to the extent permitted by law.

Right of Withdrawal

EU Customers

EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal, unless excluded by mandatory law.

Swiss Customers

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal unless explicitly granted.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• the wrong product was delivered.

Important product notice:
Visualize it offers handmade clothing items with decorative elements such as diamonds.
Customers are informed prior to purchase that:

• improper care or washing may cause glitter or decorative elements to loosen or fall off,

• this represents normal wear and handling, not a defect.

Returns or refunds based on such effects are therefore excluded.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Minor variations in color, texture, fit, or decorative elements due to handmade production or normal wear do not constitute defects.

Liability

Visualize it is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, images, and texts are the intellectual property of Visualize it.

Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence within the EU remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
