We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following return policy applies to orders placed with Visualize it by customers in Switzerland and the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email)
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns – Swiss Customers
Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
However, Visualize it voluntarily offers a return option to provide a better shopping experience.
Returns from Switzerland are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions listed below.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

be unworn and unused,

be returned in their original condition,

include all original tags and packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Important Product Notice (Handmade & Care)
Visualize it offers handmade clothing items with decorative elements such as glitter.
Customers are informed before purchase that:

improper care or washing may cause glitter or decorative elements to loosen or fall off,
-
this is considered normal wear and handling, not a defect.
Returns or refunds based solely on such effects are therefore excluded.
